Phase 1: ELD or AOBRD Compliance

December 18, 2017 – December 16, 2019
The government mandate demands that all vehicles and

an AOBRD or ELD solution.

Phase 2: ELD Compliance

December 16, 2019 and beyond
The government mandate demands that all vehicles and
drivers subject to Record of Duty Status (RoDS) must have
an ELD solution.
